Project Introduction

The Verve Lounge is a space designed to receive and restore, where warmth meets clarity, and calm meets quiet energy. Nestlé’s guests often arrive from long flights, factory tours, or fast-paced schedules; this lounge offers them something different: a moment to pause, to settle, and feel welcome with intention.

Rather than being overwhelmed with luxury, The Verve Lounge leans into softness, subtle design gestures, and spatial rhythm. It’s a blend of quiet comfort and thoughtful hospitality, a place that doesn’t just serve, but soothes.

This is the first impression, and it’s designed to feel like an exhale.

Architectural Approach

The design approach was rooted in one idea: refined simplicity with personality.

The space was laid out to support both privacy and presence. Seating zones were arranged to encourage easy conversation while still allowing personal space. We introduced subtle contrasts, soft neutrals against warm accents, and straight lines against organic plants to keep the atmosphere visually balanced but never dull.

Natural light is celebrated through layered blinds, allowing daytime softness and nighttime privacy. Vertical lighting strips were embedded into the walls to create a gentle architectural rhythm, eliminating the need for overbearing decoration.

Greenery was used not for show, but for soul. Low-maintenance plants paired with white pebbles and warm wood planters bring life into the space without shouting for attention; reminding guests that even in a corporate setting, nature belongs.

The entire room was designed not as a waiting space, but as a resting place, curated, calm, and complete.

Material Specification

The materials speak the same language as the architecture: quiet, confident, and kind.

  • Flooring: Large-format porcelain tiles in a soft white marble finish; elegant, easy to clean, and naturally light-reflective.
  • Seating: Custom-upholstered modular sofas in warm taupe and burnt orange tones; paired with mid-back leatherette guest chairs on chrome frames built for durability and comfort.

Final Note

The Verve Lounge doesn’t just host visitors, it welcomes them into a slower rhythm. It’s a quiet handshake; a space that reflects Nestlé’s values not through branding, but through feeling.

Because true hospitality isn’t loud it’s intentional.
And here, at The Verve Lounge, every detail is a soft yes.
