9-storey Waterfront Residential Tower with Penthouses
Confidential
The Meraki is more than architecture; it’s a love letter to intentional living. Set quietly along the waterfront, this 9-storey residential tower was designed with care, creativity, and soul in every line and curve.
Each floor offers four refined 2-bedroom apartments, each with its own BQ, alongside a self-contained studio apartment; crafted for modern city dwellers who crave both elegance and function. Rising above it all, two penthouses with double-volume living spaces float like sanctuaries in the sky, offering sweeping views and emotional stillness.
The building includes a 54-lot ground floor parking system; a mezzanine floor dedicated to building services; a state-of-the-art gym; and a private 20m x 7m pool nestled by the jetty; inviting you to pause, float, and breathe.
Every square meter of The Meraki reflects the idea that luxury should never be loud; it should simply feel right.
The architecture of The Meraki moves with quiet confidence. Inspired by the softness of wind and water, the structure curves gracefully as it rises; each floorplate is wrapped in gentle lines, lit from beneath by continuous LED bands that glow softly at night like warm brushstrokes against the skyline.
This building isn’t just beautiful; it’s intelligent. We applied the principles of Vastu Shastra to align energy flow, circulation, and light across each level. The goal wasn’t just to create rooms, but to create resonance; a feeling of balance the moment you enter.
The ground floor is cleanly elevated to accommodate 54 parking bays without disrupting the pedestrian or residential experience. A mezzanine level houses all technical services; hidden, efficient, and out of sight; allowing the residential levels to feel free and uninterrupted.
Each floor plan is a study in proportion; generous windows bring in natural light and breeze, while deep balconies provide retreat-like moments outside. A back staircase offers discreet service access, preserving the integrity of the resident experience.
And then the penthouses: a world of their own. Double-volume ceilings open to sky and light; they’re not just large, they’re expressive, calm, open, and elevated. Exactly how a home should feel.
The materials were not chosen to be decorative; but to evoke emotion, to age with grace and touch with warmth.
The primary façade is finished in a soft-textured neutral stucco, grounded by natural stone cladding at the base and central core. Curved aluminum railings wrap each floor with delicate strength, while timber-clad soffits bring softness and warmth to the exterior expression.
LED lighting bands lines the edges of each floor, illuminating the building at dusk without overpowering the skyline. Glazing its full-height, slim-profile, and UV-protected; chosen to bring the outside in, while keeping interiors calm and cool.
Inside, polished terrazzo and stone tiles define shared spaces; engineered wood floors add richness to private rooms; planters are built into balconies and terraces; not as afterthoughts, but as living elements of the design.
Every fixture, surface, and joinery detail were all selected to feel both enduring and effortless. Because at The Meraki, design doesn’t just serve; it speaks.
The Meraki is not just a building; it’s a feeling; the kind of place you arrive at, and exhale.
Crafted with heart, rooted in intention, and surrounded by water, light, and quiet elegance; it is a home for those who value not just where they live, but how they live.
