Project Introduction

Some homes shout for attention; The House Linea chooses to whisper. This four-bedroom duplex was imagined as a modern-day sanctuary. A home that feels calm from the moment you arrive. Designed for a family that values stillness, light, and meaningful space, it holds you gently, offering both privacy and openness in perfect balance.

It’s not just about how the house looks; it’s about how it feels to live inside it. How the light moves across the walls, how the planters soften the edges, and how every space knows its purpose without having to explain itself.

Architectural Approach

The architecture draws its strength from simplicity. We started with clean, honest geometry; sharp lines, subtle recesses, and a form that feels sculpted but not showy. The goal was quiet elegance. Nothing loud. Nothing unnecessary. Every angle and opening were placed with care: vertical windows that stretch sunlight deep into the home, balconies recessed for shade and privacy, and green planters that act like a breath between the walls. It’s a home that shields when it should and opens when it must.

We weren’t trying to impress with noise; we designed for ease, clarity, and the everyday rituals that make a house feel like home.

Design Overview

Inside, The House Linea is equally intentional. The flow is natural, spaces reveal themselves slowly, not all at once, so the experience of moving through the house feels almost meditative.

The living areas are open but not exposed. Bedrooms are placed to offer peace, with just enough distance from shared spaces to feel like personal retreats.

You’ll notice the way light is always present, but never harsh. How the windows frame the sky, the plants, the stillness. How materials like wood and stone aren’t just finishes; they’re part of the mood.

This is a house that supports your life quietly, and gracefully. A backdrop for growth, conversation, and slow mornings with coffee and bare feet.

Material Specification

The material palette is simple, grounded, and honest; chosen as much for how it ages as how it looks today.

  • Exterior Finishes:
    • A soft sand-toned render that reflects sunlight with warmth
    • Dark, wood-textured vertical accents that bring rhythm to the façade
    • Grey natural stone at the base, sturdy, timeless, grounding
  • Details That Matter:
    • Slimline aluminum frames in muted tones
    • Recessed planter boxes with real greenery, not just as décor, but as living architecture
    • Subtle lighting tucked into corners and overhangs, to let the house glow gently at night

Every surface was selected to be touched, lived with, and loved. Nothing about this house is fussy. Everything is quietly beautiful.

If you’re the kind of family who finds luxury in space, peace, and light, not noise; The House Linea was designed with you in mind.
