Nestle Reception

Typology:

Corporate Reception & Waiting Lounge

Location:

Flowergate Industrial Park, Nestlé Facility

Project Introduction

BloomPoint is the welcoming face of Nestlé Flowergate; a reception designed not just to receive, but to reassure. It’s a space that speaks softly, with clarity, warmth, and intention. Whether it’s a visiting executive, a logistics partner, or a new hire walking in for the first time, BloomPoint sets the tone: calm, confident, and organized.

Our goal was simple; to reflect Nestlé’s global DNA in a quiet, human way. The space needed to feel fresh, clean, and intuitive, without being sterile. It had to offer structure, but also softness. Formality, but also warmth. And most of all, it needed to feel like a place you wouldn’t mind waiting in.

Architectural Approach

The layout was designed for flow and functionality, a clean circulation spine with flexible seating zones on either side. We curated a balance of textures and tones that would feel universally appealing; neutral walls and flooring create visual spaciousness, while the contrast of warm leatherette chairs and soft orange accents adds just the right touch of personality.

We introduced layered biophilic elements from the built-in planters with white stone beds, to carefully placed ornamental greenery to bring nature into a highly structured corporate setting. These green touches soften the architecture and align with Nestlé’s sustainability ethos.

The wall behind the television screen features linear LED strip lighting, creating gentle vertical rhythm and serving as a subtle architectural focal point. This keeps the space from feeling flat, while still maintaining the professional restraint needed in a reception zone.

Furniture was arranged to encourage subtle social interaction, yet also offers privacy and personal space. Every piece was chosen for comfort, clarity, and durability because design, in a space like this, must work hard without trying too hard.
