Office Design Proposal | Hybrid Workspace
Nestlé Waters Facility
FlowSpace is an office environment designed for how Nestlé Waters works; fluid, focused, and people-first. It’s not just a workspace. It’s a system that understands rhythm: the pause between meetings, the buzz of collaboration, the moments of quiet clarity. Every zone in FlowSpace was created to support the real flow of a productive day; both human and operational.
This proposal imagines a setting where ideas move easily; where structure and softness coexist; where greenery doesn’t just decorate, it balances. Whether you’re answering emails, pitching to leadership, or just grabbing five minutes of calm, FlowSpace makes room for it.
It’s where workspace meets wellbeing.
The layout strategy began with a single goal: uninterrupted flow. That meant clear visual lines, zoned but open functions, and seamless material continuity.
The design features a modern industrial aesthetic, exposed services above, clean-lined furniture below. But it’s softened intentionally: with plants, color accents, acoustic panels, and curves in the right places.
The central reception greets you with confidence, concrete, brick, and light working together to say “welcome” with strength and softness. From there, the office opens into co-working clusters, touchdown desks, and informal meeting lounges all designed to support both heads-down focus and impromptu collaboration.
Every section is purpose-built:
The palette draws directly from nature and Nestlé Waters’ brand essence: fresh, clean, balanced.
FlowSpace is a proposal grounded in intention: every material, layout, and detail is in service of real work and real people. It’s built to move; like water. To adapt, support, and reflect the rhythm of modern, mindful productivity.
This is not just a workspace; it’s Nestlé Waters in architectural form: fresh, clear, and designed to flow.
